China Industrial Securities International Financial Group Ltd. has announced the sale of bonds valued at US$10 million at a slightly lower consideration of US$9.99 million in the open market, without requiring shareholder approval. The bonds, guaranteed by Linyi City Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd., were originally issued by Yi Bright International Limited and carry a fixed interest rate of 6.68% per annum until their maturity on 20 June 2027.
