China Industrial Securities International Financial Group Ltd. has entered into a new agreement with a bank for a US$65,000,000 uncommitted revolving loan facility, with a one-year maturity from the date of acceptance. The facility is contingent upon Industrial Securities maintaining a minimum of 51% ownership and management control over the Company. The Company commits to regular disclosures in future interim and annual reports as long as these conditions persist.
