China Industrial Securities International Financial Group Limited has announced the renewal of an uncommitted revolving loan facility for up to HK$300,000,000, which will be available for drawdown until July 31, 2024. The loan is contingent upon Industrial Securities maintaining a minimum 51% shareholding and management control of the company. The company will provide ongoing disclosure in future interim and annual reports as long as the loan obligations remain.
