China Hongqiao Group Limited announced organizational changes effective from 11 July 2024, with Mr. Tu Yikai resigning as a non-executive Director and Mr. Zhang Hao stepping down as his alternate. The company has appointed Mr. Tian Mingming as the new non-executive Director, with Mr. Zhang Hao serving as his alternate. The board expressed gratitude to the outgoing members for their service and outlined Mr. Tian’s extensive background in finance and management.
