China Health Group’s Strategic Share Placement

China Health Group (HK:0673) has released an update.

China Health Group Limited has entered into a Placing and Subscription Agreement after trading hours on 8 July 2024, aiming to sell and subsequently subscribe for up to 15 million shares at HK$0.80 each, which represents approximately 3.04% of the enlarged share capital. The anticipated gross proceeds of HK$12 million are intended for general working capital purposes. The completion of this transaction is contingent upon certain conditions being met.
