China Health Group Shareholders Approve Resolutions

China Health Group (HK:0673) has released an update.

China Health Group shareholders have unanimously passed all resolutions, except one withdrawn item, at their Annual General Meeting on September 12, 2024. Key resolutions included the re-election of board members, authorization for the board to appoint new directors and set remuneration, and approval of the company’s financial statements. The directors were also granted mandates to issue and repurchase company shares, strengthening their operational flexibility.
