China Health Technology Group Holding Company Limited has announced the appointment of Jon Gepsom CPA Limited as its new auditor, effective from 14 June 2024. The decision, made by the Board following recommendations from the Audit Committee, aims to fill the vacancy left by the retirement of the previous auditor, CCTH, and improve cost-effectiveness for the upcoming financial year’s audit. The company believes this change will serve the interests of the Company and its Shareholders.
