China Harmony Auto Holding Limited has announced a change in auditors from ZHONGHUI ANDA CPA Limited to Beijing Xinghua Caplegend CPA Limited, effective from 12 September 2024. The switch follows ZHONGHUI ANDA’s resignation due to fee disagreements and personnel changes within their audit team. The Board assures shareholders that the change is in the company’s best interest, enhancing cost-effectiveness without any material impact.
