China Gas Holdings Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend of HKD 0.35 per share for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2024, with a default cash option and a scrip option yet to be detailed. Shareholders will vote on the dividend on 21 August 2024, with the ex-dividend date set for 23 August 2024 and payment to be made on 04 October 2024.
