China Foods Limited announced the successful passage of a series of resolutions during its Annual General Meeting on June 11, 2024, with the exception of resolution number 7 which was withdrawn prior to the meeting. Shareholders approved the company’s financial statements, elected and re-elected directors, and authorized a final dividend of RMB0.148 per share. Resolutions also included the general mandate for directors to deal with additional shares and the buy-back of company shares, both of which passed with overwhelming support.
