China Foods Limited has announced a Special General Meeting (SGM) to be held on 22 July 2024 in Hong Kong, with the key agenda to appoint Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited as its auditor and discuss the auditors’ remuneration. Shareholders are entitled to vote in person or appoint proxies, and the voting will be conducted by poll according to the company’s bye-laws.
