China Foods Limited has announced a final cash dividend of RMB 0.148 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, with an exchange rate set at RMB 1 to HKD 1.0743, resulting in a payment of HKD 0.159 per share. Shareholders’ approval for the dividend was obtained on June 11, 2024, and the payment is scheduled for July 10, 2024. A 10% withholding tax will be applied for non-resident enterprise shareholders.
