The investment is part of the company’s treasury management strategy to enhance capital gains while maintaining liquidity and supporting daily operations and dividend payments. The company’s directors have assured that the deal is fair, commercially reasonable, and in the shareholders’ best interests, with strong internal controls to protect the company’s working capital and operations.
