China Everbright Water Raises RMB 2.7 Billion

China Everbright Water (SG:U9E) has released an update.

China Everbright Water Limited has successfully issued three tranches of Medium Term Notes in 2022 and 2023, raising a total of RMB 2.7 billion from institutional investors in Mainland China’s inter-bank bond market. The funds were secured through two issuances in April 2022, totaling RMB 1 billion, and a third issuance in June 2022 for RMB 700 million, followed by an additional RMB 1 billion raised in April 2023.
