China Everbright Bank’s EGM Scheduled for Director Elections

China Everbright Bank Co (HK:6818) has released an update.

China Everbright Bank Company Limited has announced its second extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for 2024, scheduled for 29 July in Beijing, to elect Mr. Hao Cheng as an executive director and Mr. Zhang Mingwen as a non-executive director. Shareholders of the company’s H shares are entitled to participate in the EGM, provided they have registered by 23 July. The meeting will involve voting on these key resolutions and shareholders may appoint proxies to vote in their stead if they cannot attend.
