China Everbright Bank Welcomes New Executives

China Everbright Bank Co (HK:6818) has released an update.

China Everbright Bank Co. has announced the nomination of Mr. Hao Cheng for executive director and Mr. Zhang Mingwen for non-executive director, pending shareholder and regulatory approval. Mr. Hao is also appointed as the president of the company, with both their terms beginning upon approval by the National Financial Regulatory Administration. The company’s board welcomes the extensive experience both candidates bring, with Mr. Hao’s background in banking and Mr. Zhang’s in shipping and finance.
