China Everbright Bank Co. announced the resignation of Mr. Qu Liang as Vice President due to a job adjustment, effective upon his resignation submission on 8 July 2024. Mr. Liang will continue serving as a Non-executive Director. The Board has expressed its gratitude for his contributions, particularly in serving the real economy and advancing corporate banking.
