China Environmental Resources Group Ltd. has announced a reshuffle in its board of directors, appointing Ms. Lai Pik Chi Peggy as an independent non-executive director and board committee member, effective from 3 October 2024. Ms. Lai brings over 30 years of experience in auditing and financial management. Meanwhile, long-serving INED Mr. Wong Kwai Sang will retire and not seek re-election, with Mr. Lee Chi Ho set to take over his committee chairmanships.
