China Energy Engineering Corporation Limited successfully conducted its second extraordinary general meeting of 2024 on August 16, where shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Ni Zhen as an Executive Director and Ms. Niu Xiangchun as an Independent Non-executive Director. Additionally, key changes to the Board committees were ratified, including Mr. Ni Zhen’s new role as Vice Chairman of the Board. The appointments and re-designations within the Board and its committees will be effective from the date of the meeting and will remain until the end of the third session of the Board.
