China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited has announced a resolution to appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP as its new domestic and international auditor for 2024, following a tender process. The change, which involves audit fees totaling RMB10.45 million, is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming extraordinary general meeting. Prior auditors PwC have confirmed that there are no issues that need to be addressed by the shareholders regarding this transition.
