China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. has engaged in two significant financial lease transactions with entities controlled by the same ultimate beneficial owner. The first was with Guangdong Lessees for RMB500 million, and the second with Inner Mongolia Lessees for RMB1,200 million, each spanning a lease period of 96 months. As the aggregated transactions exceed the 5% threshold, they are classified as discloseable transactions under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules, requiring public disclosure but not shareholder approval.
