China Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co. Ltd. reports a slight decrease of 0.06% in consolidated power generation for May 2024 compared to the previous year, driven by a 5.24% drop in wind power. However, the company experienced a substantial increase of 61.34% in photovoltaic power generation for the same period. Overall, the total power generation for the first five months of 2024 also saw a decrease of 1.22% year-on-year.
