China Datang Corp. Renewable Power Co. Ltd. has announced its third extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for 2024, scheduled for October 30th, where interim profit distribution for 2024 and the appointment of Ms. Rong Xiaojie as a non-executive Director will be considered. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by specific October and November deadlines to attend the EGM and to be eligible for the interim dividend, respectively. The company reminds shareholders attending the meeting that they will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.
