China Construction Bank Corporation has announced its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on June 27, 2024, in Beijing and Hong Kong, where it will address key resolutions including the 2023 financial reports, profit distribution, and the election of board members. Shareholders are advised of the closure of the H Shares register from June 24 to June 27, 2024, with instructions provided for share certificate lodging by June 21, 2024. The meeting will see votes cast by registered poll on various matters, including the appointment of external auditors and the endorsement of the independent directors’ work report.
