China Construction Bank Corporation has announced the appointment of Mr. Zhang Yi as its new executive director following the approval at the 2023 annual general meeting. Mr. Zhang will be joining the Strategy Development Committee and the Risk Management Committee of the board from June 27, 2024. The board welcomes Mr. Zhang Yi, highlighting the change as a noteworthy step for the bank’s leadership.
