China Communications Services Corporation Limited has announced the withdrawal of a key resolution regarding the re-appointment of its auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers, from its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) agenda. The company cited the need for further verification related to the audit industry and will propose new auditor appointment(s) at an extraordinary general meeting later in 2024. Other resolutions will proceed as planned at the AGM, with current proxy forms remaining valid excluding the withdrawn resolution.
