China Communications Services Corporation Limited has announced an additional resolution for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled on June 20, 2024, proposing the approval of Mr. Shen Aqiang as an executive Director. The resolution, if passed, will also authorize the signing of his service contract and determination of his remuneration. Shareholders are entitled to appoint proxies for the meeting, with provided supplemental proxy forms not affecting previously submitted proxies.
