China Communications Services Corporation Limited has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.2174 per share for the year ended 31 December 2023, which will be paid to shareholders at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.09772, amounting to HKD 0.23864 per share. Shareholders approved the dividend on 20 June 2024, with the ex-dividend date set for 28 June 2024, and the payment date on 16 August 2024. Non-resident individual shareholders are subject to a 10% or 20% withholding tax rate, while non-resident enterprise shareholders are taxed at a rate of 10%.
