China Communications Services Corporation Limited announces plans to appoint KPMG and KPMG Huazhen LLP as its new international and domestic auditors for the year ending 31 December 2024. The proposal, recommended by the audit committee, will be subject to shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for 12 November 2024. The company confirms that outgoing auditors PwC have no issues to report regarding the transition.
