China Communications Services Corporation Limited has announced the extension of their 2021 Financial Services Framework Agreement with China Telecom Finance, setting the stage for continued financial service provisions from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027. The transactions under this new agreement are classified as major transactions and continuing connected transactions, requiring shareholder approval according to the Listing Rules. An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be convened to review and approve the agreement’s terms and the proposed annual caps for the services.
