China Coal Energy Reports Strong November Production Gains

China Coal Energy Co (HK:1898) has released an update.

China Coal Energy Company Limited reported a significant increase in its November 2024 coal production and sales volumes, with an 8.2% rise in production and an 11.4% rise in sales of commercial coal compared to the previous year. The company also saw notable gains in methanol production and sales, posting increases of 22.5% and 27.9%, respectively. However, other segments such as ammonium nitrate showed declines, highlighting the varied performance across its operations.
