China CITIC Bank Shareholders Approve Resolutions

China CITIC Bank (HK:0998) has released an update.

China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited has successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting for 2023 and two Shareholders’ Class Meetings for 2024, where all resolutions were passed. The events, chaired by Mr. Fang Heying, were held on June 20, 2024, with both onsite and online voting mechanisms in place. Significant turnout was observed, with approximately 81% of total voting shares represented at the AGM.
