China CITIC Bank Declares Final Dividend for 2023

China CITIC Bank (HK:0998) has released an update.

China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 3.261 per 10 shares for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, with a payment date set for July 31, 2024. Shareholders will receive dividends in Hong Kong dollars at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.097432. Non-resident individual shareholders may be eligible for preferential tax treatment, with a general withholding tax rate of 10% applicable under certain tax agreements.
