Mr. Liu Honghua has stepped down from his role as business director at China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited, due to retirement. His resignation was effective upon delivery to the Board, with no disputes or disagreements cited. The Board extended its thanks to Mr. Liu for his service to the bank.
