China Cinda Asset Management Co. announced the successful passing of a special resolution to extend the validity period of its Tier-2 Capital Bonds Issuance Plan during its 2024 first extraordinary general meeting. Nearly 80% of the voting shares were represented, with an overwhelming majority of 99.94% voting in favor. The meeting and voting procedures adhered to relevant PRC laws and the company’s Articles of Association.
