China Cinda’s AGM Concludes with Key Approvals

China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. has successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2023, with resolutions passed by a significant majority of votes. Key resolutions included the approval of the Board’s work report, financial plans, remuneration schemes for directors and supervisors, and the appointment of accounting firms for the upcoming year. The AGM, which was attended by shareholders holding over 78% of the voting shares, followed all legal and regulatory requirements without any shareholders abstaining from voting.
