China Cinda Asset Management Co. has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2023, which will be held on June 26, 2024, in Beijing. Shareholders are invited to review and approve various resolutions, including the company’s financial accounts and profit distribution plan for 2023, as well as the budget and external donation plan for 2024. Shareholders must register by June 20, 2024, to be eligible to attend and vote at the AGM.
