China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. has announced an update to its final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2023, declaring RMB 0.4576 per 10 shares, with an ex-dividend date set for 28 June 2024. Shareholders will receive the dividend in HKD at a rate of 0.41746 per 10 shares on 16 August 2024, after an approval date of 26 June 2024. The company has also provided details on withholding tax rates for different types of shareholders, including a 10% rate for individual non-resident and enterprise non-resident shareholders, and a 20% rate for domestic investors through the Stock Connect Program.
