China Bright Culture Group has announced the completion of an extended supplemental independent investigation to address allegations and assess related issues within the company, spanning the period from January 2021 to June 2024. The investigation focused on scrutinizing receivables from specific TV programs, revenue from TV program investments, and the use of receivables as collateral for loans. The draft report of these findings has been issued to the company’s Audit Committee for review.
