China Bohai Bank Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the issuance of the ‘2024 Green Financial Bonds (Tranche 1)’ with a total value of RMB5 billion, carrying a coupon rate of 2.05% over a three-year term. The proceeds from this issuance will be invested in green industrial projects in accordance with the Green Bond Endorsed Projects Catalogue. The bonds began accruing interest on June 26, 2024, following the approval from the People’s Bank of China and the Bank’s extraordinary general meeting.
