China Bohai Bank Co., Ltd. has announced the resignation of external supervisors Mr. DIAO Qinyi and Mr. QI Ershi, the latter remaining until a successor is elected. The bank has proposed the appointment of Ms. DU Huibin as an external supervisor, with her term beginning upon election by the shareholders’ general meeting. The board expressed gratitude to Mr. DIAO and Mr. QI for their service and has confirmed that there are no disagreements or issues related to their resignations.
