China Bohai Bank Co., Ltd. has announced an additional resolution to re-appoint external auditors for 2024 in its upcoming 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM). Shareholders are invited to attend the meeting scheduled for June 28, 2024, or to appoint proxies to vote on their behalf. The bank has issued a supplemental notice alongside a new proxy form to be used for voting on the newly added resolution.
