China Best Group Holding Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Fan Jie from his role as an executive director, effective October 23, 2024. Although he steps down from the board, Mr. Fan will continue serving as a director of several subsidiaries and as the general manager of the strategic development department, while also taking on the role of vice president. The company expressed gratitude for Mr. Fan’s contributions and confirmed there are no disagreements related to his resignation.
