China Beidahuang Industry Group Holdings Limited has announced a further extension of the Long Stop Date for its Proposed Restructuring to September 30, 2024. This extension allows additional time for the satisfaction or waiver of the remaining Conditions Precedent necessary for Completion. All other terms of the Restructuring Agreement remain unchanged.
