China Apex Group Ltd. has renewed its lease for the Guangdong Plant for six more years, starting January 2025. The lease renewal, involving connected persons at the subsidiary level, is deemed a discloseable transaction under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules. This move will see the company recognize an additional HK$31.28 million asset, reflecting its continued commitment to operational stability.
