China Aoyuan Group Delays Major Transaction Circular

China Aoyuan Group (HK:3883) has released an update.

China Aoyuan Group Limited has announced a delay in sending out the Circular related to its major transaction involving the disposal of its interest in the Target Company. Originally scheduled for 11 June 2024, the new despatch date is set on or before 28 June 2024 due to additional time needed to prepare and finalize the Circular contents.
