China 21st Century Education Group Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Nan Zhenxing as an independent non-executive director, effective December 20, 2024. With over 35 years of experience in law and education, Mr. Nan will also serve as a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees and the chairman of the Remuneration Committee. This strategic move is expected to strengthen the company’s board with Mr. Nan’s extensive expertise.
