Chilwa Minerals Ltd has reported promising early results from its sonic drill program at the Mposa deposit, with assays yielding up to 45% Total Heavy Mineral (THM) and indicating thicker and richer mineral sands layers than previously estimated. These initial findings from 50 drilled holes suggest a potential upgrade to the Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE), with the company expressing optimism for the ongoing program’s impact on resource classification and grade. Further results from the extensive 17,000m drill program are anticipated in the near future.
