Chijet Motor Company (CJET) has released an update.
Chijet Motor Company, Inc. has officially amended and restated its Memorandum and Articles of Association following a special resolution, as part of its corporate governance and compliance with Cayman Islands law. The company, which is limited by shares, declared a capital of $30 million, divided into 10 billion shares with a nominal value of $0.003 each. While it continues to have unrestricted objectives, Chijet is not authorized to conduct banking, insurance, or company management businesses in the Cayman Islands without proper licensing.
