Chijet Motor Company (CJET) has released an update.
Chijet Motor Company’s subsidiary, FAW Jilin Automobile Co., received a notification from China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for failing to meet certain market entry requirements in automobile manufacturing. This has temporarily halted their ability to apply for new product certifications for domestic sales, although they can still produce vehicles for export. The company is working to rectify the situation and regain compliance to resume full operations.
